NationTalk cuts price to Aboriginal Groups hit by Federal funding cut

Canada’s leading aboriginal newswire and employment service announces up to 40-percent reduction in prices to aboriginal groups hit by cuts in Federal funding

Toronto, ON, September 17 – NationTalk, Canada’s premier Aboriginal newswire and employment service, today announced a 40-percent immediate reduction in costs in specific communication services designed to connect with media, leadership and others through our Morning Brief’s and new Hyperlocal website. This cost reduction is designed specifically for Aboriginal groups affected by unprecedented cuts in Federal funding.

According to the company, for the rest of September, NationTalk will offer the relief to any Aboriginal group affected by the cuts in Federal funding for its unlimited listing package. This would, reduce the company’s unlimited listings to $2,475.00 for one year of unlimited media release, event, tender and employment listings.

“By reducing costs to those hit hardest by this latest round we believe we can make a difference in getting the voice of our people heard” said Don Barraclough, President of NationTalk. The offer is good for the month of September, he added. “History has taught us advocacy plays a vital role in our society. We are happy to continue ensuring our people’s voices are heard.”
