The President of the NunatuKavut Community Council says he can live with the decision to not rename Colonial Building, so long as Indigenous history is properly represented at the site.
Todd Russell says his mindset through the consultation process was that if the name is kept the history behind it needs to be contextualized so people understand what went on inside that building.

Russell says he wants NunatuKavut to be part of those conversations.
