Pieridae Energy Limited: UPDATE – Pipeline Steam Release

CALGARY, ALBERTA – August 9, 2022 ‐ Pieridae Energy Limited (“Pieridae” or the “Company”) (PEA.TO)

At approximately 2030 MST on Monday, August 8th a pipeline released steam in the Caroline area.  Pieridae is investigating the issue. There is currently no harm to the public.

Local emergency organizations and government agencies have been notified. Traffic control is being set up to deter the public from the area.

UPDATE – August 11, 2022

The pipeline has been isolated from the public and the steam release has ceased. Pieridae has actioned a workforce to determine the cause of the issue and repair the pipeline. Local landowners have been notified.

We will continue to update the public as new information becomes available.
