Tamarack Valley Energy Announces Monthly Dividend Declaration

Calgary, Alberta – March 14, 2025 – Tamarack Valley Energy Ltd. (“Tamarack” or the “Company”) (TSX:

TVE) is pleased to announce the declaration of its monthly dividend.

Dividend Declaration

Tamarack’s Board of Directors has declared a monthly cash dividend on its common shares (“Common Shares”) of C$0.01275 per share in accordance with the Company’s dividend policy. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2025. This monthly cash dividend is designated as an “eligible dividend” for Canadian income tax purposes.
