The 9th Volume of the Current Developments in Arctic Law (2021) is released

The UArctic Thematic Network on Arctic Law is pleased to announce the release of the ninth edition of the Current Developments in Arctic Law (CDAL).
The CDAL is the annual publication of the Thematic Network on Arctic Law. The present volume of Current Developments in Arctic Law (CDAL) comprises twelve papers plus an editorial, touching upon a range of issues and providing insightful information on current trends in Arctic law and policy. The Issue covered academic and non-academic contributions, including policy papers, short notes on Arctic-related research, developments, project reports, etc.
The University of Lapland publishes the CDAL in cooperation with its Northern Institute for Environmental and Minority Law at the Arctic Centre. The editor of the volume is Prof. Kamrul Hossain.
