Credit: The Trauma & Recovery Research Unit
This virtual symposium discusses risk and resiliency for Canadian healthcare providers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event features a research presentation by Mina Pichtikova and Dr. Kim Ritchie, followed by a panel discussion of healthcare providers featuring Eram Chhogala, Dr. David Tebb, and Todd Tran. Additionally, Dr. Dayna Lee-Baggley and Dr. Jaimie Lusk demonstrate the ACT Matrix, a mindfulness exercise that helps us discriminate between our internal and external experiences — and then move toward the things we value. This is followed by a Q&A with Dr. Suzette Brémault-Phillips, Dr. Lorraine Smith-MacDonald, and Dr. Dayna Lee-Baggley.
