City councillors will also be asked Monday to approve a landmark Métis cultural centre in the former Church of St. John the Evangelist site on John Street
Sault Ste. Marie city councillors will be asked next week to approve a total of 60 new townhouse units in separate developments on Second Line West and a vacant block at Patrick Street and Wallace Terrace.
Dave Ruscio (1890685 Ontario Inc.) is applying for draft plan of condominium approval for 49 units at 331 Patrick St.
The 14-building townhouse development will infill a vacant block bounded by Wallace Terrace, Gillies Street and Henrietta Avenue.
