The Raven dances and sings and always has something to say! From the time Inuit lived a nomadic life, the Raven has occupied a central place in the imaginations and cultures of the peoples of the Eastern Arctic. Acclaimed director Sylvia Cloutier brings together a diverse group of leading artists from Nunavut, Nunavik and Greenland to collaboratively explore Inuit stories through dance, music, circus, theatre and storytelling. The result is Tulugak: Inuit Raven Stories, a unique, engaging show for young and old alike.
Originally created for the Alianait Arts Festival. Developed in association with The Banff Centre and the Canada Council for the Arts.
