The campaign to find the Northwest Territories’ next MP has begun, with Michael McLeod stepping down and at least four contenders stepping up.

Kimberly Fairman is running for the Conservatives, Kelvin Kotchilea for the New Democrats, Rebecca Alty for the Liberals and Angela Davidson for the Greens.

Were also following how the candidates spend their time between now and election day on April 28, because the territory’s 33 communities are spread across an area twice the size of France. It’s a lot of work to make sure all voters have a chance to connect with you if you want to be elected.
