Over the past year young people worldwide have been a driving force behind a move demanding action against climate change.
Youth in the north are very familiar with the effects climate change – you might say they have a front row seat to the crisis.
APTN News went out looking to see and hear how they feel about what’s happening.
What changes do they want to see?
Charlotte asked those questions this summer while camping with youth in the Beauford Delta in the NWT.
She heard about melting permafrost, the Mackenzie river’s changing watershed and Tuktoyaktuk’s eroding coastline.
