This Notice is being issued as the Perpetual Notice attached to Supply Arrangement EN578-121746. This Perpetual Notice invites additional Suppliers to submit Arrangements to become pre-qualified Suppliers.

The Supply Arrangement has no defined end-date and will remain  valid until such time as Canada no longer considers it to be advantageous to use it. To allow for updating of SupplyArrangement Terms and Conditions a “Refresh” will happen as perthe end date on the Notice. No existing pre-qualified Supplier will be removed from the pre-qualified Supplier List as a resultof the “Refresh”. Pre-qualified Suppliers do not need to submitan Arrangement in order to remain pre-qualified.

Before issuance of a Supply Arrangement the Supplier must hold the appropriate level of Security Clearance as identified in the Request for Supply Arrangement.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

RISK MANAGEMENT PROCESS SERVICES/INSURANCE & RISK CONSULTING SERVICES

Requirement

Provision of Risk Management Process Services and/or Insurance and Risk Consulting Services for Federal Government Departments, Agencies and Corporations.

Scope

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking to establish a Supply Arrangement to provide Federal Government Departments, Agencies, and Corporations across Canada (asdefined in Schedules I, I.1, II, III, IV, and V of the Financial Administration Act) with (1) Risk Management Process Servicesand/or, (2) Insurance and Risk Consulting Services, on an “asand when requested basis” in accordance with resulting contract spursuant to this Supply Arrangement. The future intent is tomigrate these services to the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) procurement tool, wherein this Supply Arrangement will be terminated.

This SA will cover the following streams/categories of services:

Stream 1: Risk Management Process Services:

Category 1: Procurement
Category 2: Real Property Management
Category 3: Corporate Management
Category 4: Delivery of public services to stakeholders
external to the government

Stream 2: Insurance and Risk Consulting Services:

In order to pre-qualify, Suppliers may submit an arrangement for each category and/or stream for which it wants to be considered:

Stream 1 – Category 1: Procurement; and/or
Stream 1 – Category 2: Real Property Management; and/or
Stream 1 – Category 3: Corporate Management; and/or
Stream 1 – Category 4: Delivery of public services to
stakeholders external to the government; and/or
Stream 2: Insurance and Risk Consulting Services.

There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.

The requirement is subject to the Agreement of Internal Trade (AIT).

The requirement covered by the bid solicitation of any resulting supply arrangement may be subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services or may be limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

The Supply Arrangement has no defined end-date and will remain valid until such time as Canada no longer considers it to be advantageous to use it.
