Description
Newfoundland Labrador Health Services (NLHS) is administering this Request for Proposals (RFP) for prospective bidders to submit proposals for LEASED CLINIC AND OFFICE SPACE – Downtown St. John’s Health Hub This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in Schedule A and the Public Procurement Act.
The preferred bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with NLHS for the provision of the Specifications provided in this RFP for a contract period as outlined on the bidding sheet. As outlined in this RFP, terms and conditions are to be applied to initial lease terms and optional extensions. Both Bidding Options must be completed.
