Organizational Review
The Ontario Federation of Indigenous Friendship Centres (OFIFC), a not-for-profit organization, invites Consulting firms to submit proposals for an Organizational Review of OFIFC’s Structure including an assessment of the recent effectiveness of OFIFC’s Organizational Review in 2022. This proposal is to review the results and will include an in-depth analysis of the current organizational framework, focusing on Regional Model of Support and Research, Corporate, Departmental, and Individual responsibilities and workloads. A key component of the review will be an examination of the temporary Co-Executive Director structure, with recommendations provided for a sustainable path forward.
The review aims to identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, support modernization efforts, and optimize resource allocation. Additionally, the review should develop strategic options and actionable recommendations to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring the OFIFC can meet both current and anticipated (5-10 years) service delivery requirements while aligning with its strategic priorities.
The RFP is intended to provide a framework for the OFIFC to evaluate each proposal and determine which submission most closely addresses the OFIFC’s needs. Proponents are encouraged to provide any additional information or innovative approaches not specifically outlined in the context of this proposal. As well, proposals that thoughtfully consider the OFIFC’s priorities, cultural practices, and direction.
