Description

Trillium Health Partners (“THP”) has issued a Request For Proposal (“RFP”) for both the Credit Valley Hospital Site and the Mississauga Hospital Site. THP is seeking two food tenants for the Credit Valley Hospital Site and one food tenant for the Mississauga Hospital Site.

Details of uses, sizes, one-time Capital Cost Contributions and other lease terms for each space as well as site plans and floor plans for both hospitals are set out in the RFP document.

Proposals are due by not later than 3:00pm EST on June 29, 2022.

In order to submit a proposal, you must have visited the site and location on which you are bidding. Proponents shall contact Donna Ing ([email protected]) to arrange entry to the specific site.

All questions regarding this RFP are to be sent in writing only to Danny Klempfner at [email protected] or Ray Spiteri at [email protected] by not later than 5:00 p.m. EST on June 19, 2022.
