Description

The City of Vernon invites Proposals to construct various sidewalk letdowns and crosswalks throughout the city. This rehabilitation work of various crossing and letdowns throughout the City of Vernon generally includes removal and construction of new curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and letdowns, paint markings, sign relocation / installation, asphalt rehabilitation, and a single site which contains electrical works for the purpose of installing a rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB).

The Work includes but is not limited to:
– 130 metres of new concrete curb & gutter
– 370 square metres of concrete sidewalk
– 16 tonnes of imported granular material
– 200 cubic metres of common excavation
– 18 tonnes of asphalt
