Ball meeting with federal cabinet – The Gander Beacon

Premier Dwight Ball entered the Sheraton hotel Tuesday morning to address the federal government cabinet, which is holding meetings in St John’s this week.

Ball told reporters on the way into the meeting that one of his big concerns is the changes to the tax code which will impact small business.

He’s also is expected to talk about concerns about offshore oil environmental assessment and Indigenous issues, including an inquiry into Innu children in provincial government care.

Ball is expected to speak to the media following his meeting with cabinet.
