Invite to CBC’s “Our Manitoba” stage at the Red River Exhibition

Once again, CBC in Manitoba would like to invite your organization to take part in CBC’s “Our Manitoba” stage at the Red River Exhibition. The invitation is extended to ethno-cultural organizations to utilize the stage to profile their organization’s culture through displays and/or performances.

This year we also have the opportunity, in partnership with The Red River Ex, to schedule a number of time slots on their Spirited Energy Stage”. Therefore, if you feel you have outgrown CBC’s Our Manitoba Stage, and would like to be considered for the Spirited Energy Stage, please call me and I will provide more details. If you feel comfortable performing on both stages, we will try to schedule your times back to back on the same day.Details

 The CBC “Our Manitoba” stage is a covered 16’ X 16’stage, raised 10” off the ground.
 The stage can be used to display artifacts, offer cultural activities or hold performances. (Please no food demonstrations allowed)
 CBC will provide one table to display your information/activities and will provide power to the stage. Some chairs are available.
 Please bring your own supplies, audio/visual equipment, extension cords and power bars, as needed.
 CBC will provide your organization with entry passes to the Red River Exhibition for each volunteer participating in the display/performance.
 We will offer 2-hour slots on the stage, which includes set-up and tear down. See schedule options below.
 Please note: The Red River Exhibition is a family event and we must be mindful that only family friendly content is acceptable on stage.
