Tervita Corporation Announces Timing of Second Quarter 2018 Results for Tervita and Newalta and Conference Call Details

CALGARY, ALBERTA (August 3, 2018) – Tervita Corporation (“Tervita”, the “Company”) (TSX: TEV)announced today that it expects to release the results for Tervita and Newalta Corporation (“Newalta”) (TSX: NAL until cease of trading on July 23, 2018) on a standalone basis, for the three and six months ended June 30, 2018 after market close on Thursday, August 9, 2018. Interim Financial Statements and Management’s Discussion and Analysis will be posted to Tervita’s website and SEDAR following the release.
