Description
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVES:
Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Expression of Interest (EOI) 043393 to work towards procuring the output of up to 600 MW of utility-scale wind generation in southern Manitoba.
This EOI is aiming to achieve the following objectives:

To provide the market with information about Manitoba Hydro’s plans for the procurement of Indigenous majority-owned wind power generation.
Manitoba Hydro is interested in receiving Information Packages from Respondents who have an interest in submitting Proposals in response to the RFP.
Responses to this EOI will help Manitoba Hydro assess the market’s interest, ability and readiness to respond to the RFP.
