Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Reusable Poly Carbon Operating Room (OR) Wrappers, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).

Reusable Poly Carbon Operating Room (OR) Wrappers is an essential commodity in surgery.

The scope of this RFP includes provision of reusable OR Wrappers to surgical sites across the province, as well as WRHA-Regional Laundry Services.

This initiative is provincial in nature and will establish an MDR and OR process with regards to the usage of reusable wrappers which will be streamlined and provide standardization across surgical sites in Manitoba.
