Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Wood Solutions Conference, the premier event in Canada dedicated to design and construction with wood and related products*.
For the Wood Solutions Conference, exhibitors will be offered two different booth options as outlined below:
- 8 x 5 booth which includes a draped 6 foot table, power, wifi access, 2 chairs and full conference registration for 2 company representative. The fee for this booth will be $1500 +HST.
- 5 X5 booth which includes a draped cruiser table, power, wifi access, 2 chairs and full conference registration for 2 company representatives. The fee for this booth will be $1000 +HST.
Additional company representatives may register as a regular delegate at a 50% discount off the regular ticket price.
To secure a exhibit booth opportunity at the Ottawa Wood Solutions Conference on February 5, 2025, please complete your registration and payment through Eventbrite at your earliest convenience. Spaces are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. There are no holds on booth spaces.
There are 19 booths available. Please refer to the Exhibitor Map below to see the exhibit hall layout and the location of these booths. Spaces are sold by booth number, so please purchase the ‘ticket number’ that corresponds with your preferred booth number / location. If your preferred booth number is not available, that means it has already been purchased by another exhibitor. A detailed exhibitor information kit will be available by December.
