About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

Join AMI-Quebec and Vent Over Tea in the last event of our three-event series “Helping the Helpers: Tools for Caregivers”, a series aiming to empower caregivers with knowledge and resources to navigate their roles with greater confidence and mental well-being. Through interactive workshops and a supportive community, we’ll explore strategies for managing caregiving challenges, addressing mental health concerns, fostering mental wellness practices, and connecting caregivers with community resources.

This resource fair event will connect caregivers directly with local organizations offering practical resources like active listening, peer support groups, and mental wellness strategies. Whether you’re looking for advice, community, or simple ways to recharge, this fair provides you with the resources to care for both others and yourself.
