We’re excited to invite immigrants living on Vancouver Island to our free Indigenous Paddle Pendant Workshop led by talented Kaska/Tlingit Artist Dean Heron!
When: Friday, April 25, 2024
Time: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Registered participants receive free kits to craft their own paddle pendant, along with light snacks and beverages. No prior experience needed – just bring your curiosity and enthusiasm!

Eligibility:
This workshop is open to individuals living on Vancouver Island who are:
* Permanent residents of Canada
* Protected persons (as defined by section 95 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act)
* MOME2023 visa holders
* Selected to become permanent residents and have received confirmation from IRCC
