Duties:

• Perform general bookkeeping duties such as processing/posting the daily transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation.
• Maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers and advise on dbaily payables requirements.
• Verify all customer invoices to ensure correct billing information is present and up to date.
• Monitor all vendor accounts to identify discrepancies in payment received, and to follow up for any outstanding payment/information.
• Monitor cash flow and accounts receivable as required by management.
• Advise on monthly, quarterly, and annual tax instalment payment requirement for GST/HST, Corporate taxes, MAT, Property taxes.
• Preparation of payroll and advise on necessary source of deduction requirement.
