Zee Electrical Ltd. is an electric contractor incorporated in BC. Currently we are looking for 01 Administrative Assistant to work for the company on full-time and permanent bases.

Job Duties:

• Determine and establish office procedures and routines
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Compile data, statistics and other information
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences

Employment Requirements

Completion of high school is required

• 1-2 years of experience in related field is required
• Good communication skills in English are required.
• Willing and able to perform physically demanding work including the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Benefits: 4% Vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period.
