Job Duties:

• Accurately recording all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, in the appropriate accounting software or ledger systems.
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers, and prepare financial statements.
• Prepare paycheques, utility bills, and other bills cheques.
• Complete and submit tax remittance forms and workers’ compensation forms.
• Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services.
• Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
• maintain organized and accurate financial records to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
