North Road Return-It Depot is looking for a Bottle Depot Supervisor.

Duration of Employment Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Work Hours: 30 hours per week

Wage: $32.00 per hour

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4 % of gross salary

Job Duties:

– Assign depot staffs with duties and prepare work schedules.
– Ensure all standard operating procedures for the bottle depot are followed including accurate shipping and inventory documentation.
– Hire, train, and supervise depot staff ensuring safety procedures and company policies.
– Inspect sorting condition, equipment, and inventory.
– Handle and resolve work-related issues or conflicts.
– Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and other equipment inspections and maintenance as schedules

Requirements:

– Completion of high school
– Minimum 2-3 years work experience in bottle depot or related industry
– Supervisory experience is an asset
– English
