Black Diamond Masonry is a well-established family business known for specializing in exterior,   interior stone and custom polished concrete. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bricklayer Supervisor to join our team at 2345 Dundas St Vancouver, BC, V5L 1K2 . This is a full time job for 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.

As a Bricklayer Supervisor, you will be performing the following job duties:

• Supervise and lead a team of bricklayers, ensuring adherence to project plans, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues, while implementing strategies to improve work productivity and maintain high standards of product quality.
• Manage the requisition and inventory of materials and supplies to ensure the efficient execution of tasks.
• Train workers on job-specific duties, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure a knowledgeable and compliant workforce.
• May oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the business or specific project areas.
• Prepare and submit regular work progress reports to track project status, resource utilization, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary school education is required.
• Several years of experience in the trade or in the workarea is required.

What we offer:

• $35.00 per hour.
• Terms of Employment: Full time/Permanent
• 14 days of paid vacation will be given.
