Salary: $25.00- $27.00/ Hour for 40 Hours / Week

Languages: English

Education: Some High School

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the industry or similar industries, or a combination of experience and related education.

Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, dependability, flexibility, reliability.

Tasks: Supervise and coordinate the work ensuring sites are clean and safe and workers are cleaning up after themselves and following safety rules; Complete service job; Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met; Ensure signage is in good order and inspected weekly; Ensure homes, lots and subdivisions are clean and safe; Complete hazard assessments daily; Coordinate and facilitate for additional services required such as painting, repair work; Prepare work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departments; Use schedules to ensure jobs are on track; Perform certain cleaning duties and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Supervision: Light duty cleaners

Work Setting: Various locations

Work Site Environment: Noisy, dusty
