G’S CANNABIS CORP located at 109A, Albert St, Regina, SK, S4R 8E1 is looking for 1 full-time employee for the position of Cannabis Shop Manager.

Job Duties:

• Plan, directed, Evaluate, and control daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and Recruit, hire, and supervise staff.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
• Implement price and credit policies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Supervise office and volunteer staff, conduct performance reviews, and Oversee payroll administration.

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wages: – $35 per hour- 35-40 hours per week. Overtime starts after 40 hours per week.
