Avis Insulation Ltd. located at 14722 72A Avenue Surrey, BC V3S 9L8 Canada is currently looking for 1 Full-time Carpenter to join their team asap.

Job Duties:

• To read and translate blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join wood, wood substitutes.
• Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware.
• Maintain and renovate residences wooden structures.

Job Requirement:

• Completion of Secondary school
• 2-3 years of experience in the related field.
• Willing to travel to various sites in Lower Mainland, BC.

Language: English

Wage: $37.25 per hour for 40 hours per week. Overtime will start after 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week.

Job Location: 14722 72A Ave, Surrey, BC V3S 9L8 & Various locations in Lower Mainland, BC.
