Next Zen Stucco Ltd. located at 7446 144A St Surrey, BC V3S 0S3 is currently looking for 1 full time Carpenter to join their team asap

Job Duties:

• To read and translate blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join wood, wood substitutes.
• Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware.
• Maintain and renovate residences wooden structures.

Job Requirement:

• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• 2-3 years of experience is required.
• Must be willing to travel to work sites all over lower Mainland BC.

Terms of Employment:

Salary: $36.75 /Hourly. Overtime starts after 8 hours a day and a 40 hours per week.

Job Type: Fulltime Position.
