Position: Chef

Wage: CAD$35.00 /hour

Types: Full-time,Permanent

Working hours: 30~40 hours/week

Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Create new recipes and plan menus
• Plan and instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of foods
• Prepare and cook Japanese foods (authentic Japanese Katsus, Ramens and other items), chef’s special, and specialty foods
• Supervise activities of cooks and staff
• Monitor and requisition food and supplies

Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school;
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial food preparation required.
• A Cook certificate an asset.
