Asian Ventures Inc. is hiring two full time Chefs at 5101 Dixie Rd South, suite 5, Mississauga, ON, L4W 0E6

Qualification:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience:
– 3 years to less than 5 years

Cuisine specialties
– Szechuan
– East Indian
– Vegetarian

Duties:
– Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
– Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
– Create new recipes
– Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events
– Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
– Follow recipes and presentation specifications
– Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
– Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
– Oversee kitchen operations
– Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
