Requirements:

• Completion of high school or equivalent experience
• Attention to detail
• Organized, Flexibility, Reliability and team player
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Valid driver’s licence
• Handling heavy loads
• Ability to distinguish between colors

Job Duties:

• Service designated equipment, repair equipment when in need of repair,
• ensure customers are fully satisfied with the service,
• interface with customers and potential sales leads,
• make sure all applicable industry standards and practices are followed during equipment installation and services.
• Work with the Management team to complete additional tasks as required.
• maintain and update a detailed client contact and lead records list,
• notify CKS on the status of sales leads, current equipment condition and the status of the Spectanks currently rented.
• Updates will be made at a minimum of once per week.
• developing an ongoing working relationship with their Spectank and REoven clients.
• train end users in the operation of the Spectank as part of the service support role.
• respond in a timely manner to correct any issues brought to the Service Technician’s attention by the end user.
• work with the management team in proposing pricing and a contract to new customers.

Minimum Education: completion of high school
