Job Description:

• Prepare and cook complete Japanese style food from the menu
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Assist creating new menus and sauces
• Clean kitchen and work area
• Estimate food requirements and costs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a cook
• Completion of secondary (high) school
• English
