Duties:

• Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, and cookware either through manual washing or using a dishwasher.
• Store washed dishes in designated areas.
• Scrub pots and pans, and potentially handle the cleaning and polishing of silverware.
• Assist food and beverage preparation and service staff by cleaning tables, cleaning kitchen spaces and undertaking various other tasks.
• Verify the proper sanitization of dishes, cutlery, and glasses before further use.
• Clean kitchen tools and appliances prior to utilizing them.
• Keep cupboards and storage areas tidy and well-organized.
• Collect all the dishes, cutlery and glasses and place them in storage area.
