Galaxy IDP Construction Ltd.located in Delta; BC is looking to hire Drywall Installerfor a full-time permanent position. The person should have Secondary Education along with 1- 2 years of experience in the same field.

The person must be able to perform following responsibilities as part of this job;

• Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster
• Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints
• Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife
• Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets
• Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry
• Tape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound
• Estimate costs and materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications

We pay a competitive wage rate of $27.50/Hr and we offer 40 hr/week.
