We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregiver to provide quality care and companionship for an elderly individual in Laval, Québec. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of empathy, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for improving the quality of life for seniors.

On site : Laval, Québec
Salary : 17.50 $ per hour (full time 37,5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare nutritious meals and support dietary needs.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping duties (e.g., laundry, tidying up).
• Offer companionship, engaging in conversation, and recreational activities.
• Assist with mobility, including transferring and ambulation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to family members or medical professionals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in elderly care or a related field (certifications preferred).
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift and support individuals as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
