Coopertech Ltd. dba MX Glass & Mirror Manufacturing Ltd. is looking for 2 Full-time/Permanent Factory Maintenance Mechanic Helpers in Burnaby, BC.

Position : Factory Maintenance Mechanic Helper

Available Position : 2

Wage : $23.15 – $24.00 per hour

Working hours : 30-40 hours per week

Terms of Employment : Full-time, Permanent

Starting Date of Employment : As soon as possible

Benefit : Extended health benefits after a 3-month probation period

Work Location : #104-6741 Cariboo Road, Burnaby, BC V3N 4A3

Vacation : 10 days paid vacation OR 4% of gross salary

Job duties

-Assist in the commissioning of a CNC controlled glass cutting machine including PLC and electronic controls.

-Calibration of 3 axis milling and drilling machines.

-Commissioning of vertical washing machine including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

-Assist in repairing, maintaining and installing industrial machinery and equipment.

-Move tools, equipment and other materials to and from work areas.

-Perform labouring and elemental tasks as required.

Requirements

-Completion of secondary school is usually required.

-Previous experience in a related field is an asset.

-On-the-job training is provided.
