Job Duties:

• Supervise crop planting, cultivation, and harvesting activities.
• Manage Staff: Hire, train, and guide farm workers.
• Monitor Crop and Livestock Health: Ensure healthy crop growth and livestock care, managing pests and diseases.
• Maintain Equipment: Ensure farm machinery and equipment are properly maintained.
• rack and order supplies like seeds, fertilizers, and tools.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of farm activities, production, and expenses.
• Oversee irrigation systems and manage water usage efficiently.
• Assist with budgeting and manage farm finances.
• Plan and oversee the harvesting process.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by all workers

Minimum Education: 1 year Diploma and First Aid is Required

Experience: will provide training
