Job Title: First Cook

Wage: $36.60 per hour

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Employment Type: Full-Time/ Permanent

Benefit(s): 10 days’ paid vacation

Job vacancies: 1 Full-Time job

Job duties you will be responsible for :

• Prepare and cook Japanese food from the menu.
• Prepare the meals for customers with allergies at the beginning of the cooking proces
• Ensure quality of food and determine size of food portions.
• Assist in monitoring or guiding kitchen staffs.
• Assist in developing new menus.
• Control the inventory on regular basis.
• Clean and organize kitchen equipment and work area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of cook experience
• Completion of high school
• English
