Duties:

• Using manual and electric equipment, slice, peel and trim food products.
• Take customer orders and serve them at counters.
• Record coffee times on the pots and discards expired coffee.
• Prepare food items such as sandwiches, soups, bagels and smoothies.
• Assemble, wrap and portion food items or place it directly on plates for take-out.
• Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea specialities.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used.
• May receive payment for food items purchased.
