Job Title : Food Service Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

Salary: $15.85 per hour

Work Hours: 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week

Benefits: 3 weeks paid vacation

Number of Job Opening : 2 positions

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Ensure that food serviced and service provided meet Restaurant standards

-Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the restaurant staff

-Ensure that the presentation of menus meet quality standards

-Monitor inventories and estimate and order ingredients and supplies

-Provide regular training for all restaurant staff in food production, sanitation, and safety procedures

-Resolve work related problems

Requirements:

– Completion of a community college program in hospitality, hotel and restaurant management or related study

– Minimum 2 years of food service experience

– English
