MA NARANG HOLDINGS INC.. dba Pita Pit is hiring for 1 position of Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
• Establish a work schedule.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
• Supervise and check the assembly of regular trays.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Supervision: Food and beverage servers, Food service counter attendants, food preparers, and Kitchen and food service helpers.

Requirements:

• Secondary (High) school education certificate
• Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in the ralated field.

Terms of employment:

• Wage: $35.00/hour
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Full time, permanent position
