Duties:

• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
• Install windows, doors, and flooring according to specifications.
• Frame houses, buildings, and other structures by constructing walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs.
• Ensure compliance to drawings, specifications and building codes.
• Supervise other workers.
• Prepare cost estimates for clients.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
