Durabuilt Commercial Solutions is seeking to hire Glazier Supervisors to join our team at 18151 107 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5S 1K4

We offer:

• Wage: $38.46 per hour
• Hours per week: 30-40 hours per week

Work setting: Various locations

Supervise: Glaziers

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Analyze and understand blueprints and diagrams to determine project specifications
• Plan and schedule work activities and job progress
• Order supplies, material and equipment when necessary
• Supervise projects and train and coordinate with employees who cut and install glass
• Visit work sites and supervise the work of glaziers
• Ensure health and safety regulations and guidelines are followed
• Inspect work of the team members who install glass to ensure work meets specifications
• Prepare reports on projects completed and materials used
• Address issues that arise during projects
• Manage materials and equipment required for projects

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be able to communicate in English
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
• Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling
