Salary: $29.75 hourly, for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Skill Requirements:

Education: No education required

Experience: Upto 1 year experience of working in relevant field is required

Languages: Ability to communicate in English

Specific Skills:

1. Responsible for leading a team of janitors or cleaners.
2. Assign tasks, provide training, and ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
3. Create cleaning schedules, ensuring that all areas of the facility receive the necessary attention. This includes determining which tasks need to be completed daily, weekly basis.
4. Order cleaning supplies and equipment, as well as maintain inventory.
5. Inspect the work of team to ensure that it meets established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
6. Oversee the maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and scrubbers.
7. Ensure that cleaning procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
8. Serve as a point of contact between cleaning staff and our clients.
