Home Child Care Provider – Private Home

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to provide full-time, in-home child care for our children (Age 3 and Age 5). The position is located in Abbotsford, BC and will involve caring for children in our private residence.

Responsibilities:

– Supervising and caring for children in our home.
– Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with light housekeeping duties.
– Engaging children in age-appropriate activities, including outdoor play and educational games.
– Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
– Taking children to and from daycare school and appointments.
– Instructing children in personal hygiene and social development.
– Bathing and dressing children.
– Tending to emotional well-being of children.
– Caring for pet.

Requirements:

– Completion of secondary school.
– 1 to less than 7 months experience.
– First Aid and CPR certification.
– Proficiency in English.
– Able to provide a criminal record check.
– Non-smoking

The Hourly wage: $19.00 per hour.

Working hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.

Vacation pay: 4% Vacation pay

Work Location: The position is located in Abbotsford, BC and will involve caring for children in our private residence.
