The Bains Family is looking for a Home Support Worker to work at their residence.

Job duties includeedm:

• Offer companionship and personal support to the elderly individual in their home, following guidance from family members.
• Help with daily exercise routines.
• Purchase groceries and household items for the elderly person.
• Prepare and serve healthy meals, monitor medication schedules as prescribed, and do so under family supervision.
• Support the client with personal hygiene needs.
• Carry out light cleaning and housekeeping tasks related to the elderly person’s care.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Requirement

• High school diploma
• 7-12 months of formal training or equivalent experience in a caregiving-related field
• Ability to communicate in English

Wages: $20.00/hr for 40 hours per week.

Work setting: Private home on Adamson Dr SW, Edmonton, AB, T6W 3B9
